This week for our cooking class we made chocolate truffles and snickerdoodles. We decided to try and stick with the sweets, since not everyone was obsessed with pumpkin like we were. Neither Ashley or I had ever made chocolate truffles so that's always an adventure...teaching something you've never made. However, they were really easy, really cute, and really delicious.
I kept trying to get the ladies to say "Snickerdoodle". No one did. They just smiled...or looked at me like I was insane. That's nothing new though.
We had little hands that wanted to taste/help with everything.
Here we have the truffle rolling station. We had red and green sprinkles, peanuts, peppermint candy pieces, and cocoa powder. Truffles and Snickerdoodles were a huge success. WOOHOO!
